Partner Evening Events Pack
Partners are warmly invited to join delegates for both of the conference’s special evening events with the Partner Social Pack.
Begin with the Across the Blue Welcome Reception on the Meke Lawn, featuring canapés and drinks in a relaxed setting overlooking beautiful Natadola Bay. It is a wonderful opportunity to meet delegates and other partners from across New Zealand and Australia. Guests are invited to embrace the theme by wearing blue dressy-casual attire.
The pack also includes the Fijian Night – Vanua Immersion Dinner, a memorable celebration of Fijian culture, food and entertainment. Enjoy a Fijian-inspired buffet, traditional torch-lighting and kava ceremonies, local arts and crafts, a Meke dance performance and an exciting fire show.
The Partner Social Pack is $569 and includes admission to both evenings. It can be purchased when completing the delegate’s registration.

Spa InterContinental
Partners can unwind at the award-winning Spa InterContinental, with a range of relaxing massages, beauty treatments and Fijian-inspired wellness experiences, as well as access to the unique Wai Zone hydrotherapy facilities.
Good to Know
Spa InterContinental is open daily from 8.00 am to 7.30 pm. Booking in advance is highly recommended, particularly if you would like a specific treatment or appointment time during the conference.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your treatment to allow time to check in, change and enjoy the spa facilities. Guests receiving a spa treatment have complimentary access to the Wai Zone, including the hydrotherapy pool, steam room, ice room and Relaxation Lounge. Remember to bring swimwear if you would like to use these facilities.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, at least six hours’ notice is required. Cancellations made with less than six hours’ notice, or failure to attend, may be charged the full treatment fee.
Please advise the spa when booking if you are pregnant, have any health conditions, allergies or are under the care of a health professional so they can recommend a suitable treatment.
